Q. Is there a free trial?
The Free plan is always available with no time limit. You can upgrade to Casual ($3.99/mo) for more downloads with no wait, or go Pro ($9.99/mo) for unlimited access.
Q. What is the Casual plan?
Casual is our entry-level paid plan at $3.99/month. You get up to 20 downloads every 4 hours with no waiting, no ads, and access to all resolutions including HD. It's the best value if you download videos regularly but don't need unlimited access.
Q. What counts as an HD download?
Any video at 720p resolution or higher (720p, 1080p, 4K, etc.) counts as an HD download. Free users are limited to 3 HD downloads every 4 hours. Standard definition (480p, 360p, and below) is always available without restriction.
Q. Can I switch from Casual to Pro?
Yes. You can upgrade from Casual to Pro at any time through your account's customer portal. The price difference will be prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle.
Q. What happens when my Casual quota runs out?
Once you've used your 20 downloads within a 4-hour window, you can still download — but a 5-second wait is added before each request. Your quota resets automatically after 4 hours.
Q. Do I need an account to download?
No account is needed. Anonymous users can download freely but experience a 15-second wait per download. Creating a free account removes none of that wait — you'll need a Casual or Pro plan to skip the delay.
